We recommend filing a claim within 30 days of your move date.

All claims need to be submitted in writing, and our Online Claims Form is the fastest way to submit. It allows us to start processing your case instantly to expedite a solution. However, it is normal for your claim to still take some time, and we appreciate your patience.

Here is what you can expect from the claims process.

  1. Fill out the claim form and include any supporting photos or other evidence. After you hit send, you will receive an email copy for your records.
  2. A claims adjuster will be assigned to your case and be your key contact throughout the process. They will contact you as quickly as possible with further instruction and/or to obtain additional information.
  3. We will begin investigating your claim. Please do not dispose of or repair any damaged items while your claim is processing. They may be subject to inspection for us to further assess the damages.
  4. A settlement offer will be presented, which may include any combination of repairing and replacing items.
