In 1993, Avi Oz founded Oz Moving & Storage with just a few trucks and an idea to provide exceptional moving services to the people of New York City. What was an idea quickly became an established business, growing every year.

- Computers – Packed in cardboard box with protection
- Wardrobe Clothes – Hung in wardrobe box
- Mirrors – Packed in cardboard box with protection
- Lamps – Disassembled, wrapped and packed in cardboard box with protection
- Artwork – Packed in cardboard box or wooden picture crate with protection*
- Sculptures – Wrapped and packed in cardboard box or wooden crate with protection*
- Pianos – Piano boards are included
Furniture receives extra care
- Sofas & Chairs – Wrapped in moving blankets
- Tables – Disassembled and wrapped in blankets (glass and marble tops in wooden crate with protection)*
- Armoires – Wrapped in blankets. Disassembly is available upon request*
- Mattresses – Wrapped in plastic and protected with blankets

Labor and travel expenses
Oz Moving & Storage factors all labor expenses and fuel costs when providing your Guaranteed Services. We also provide a certificate of liability insurance with every move.

I used Oz moving to take and pack my things from Manhattan and transport it here to saugerties ny.. they were so efficient, so neat and packed with such care.. and gentile putting the boxes from the truck into the barn.
